‘Golden Sweven’ was shot not more that 100 yards from my front door. The aspen grove that surrounds my cabin displays a mystical combination of yellows, reds and greens during the changing season of Fall. Each morning during the few weeks a year the aspens peak with color, I awake to the morning sun illuminating this vivid dream like scene, a golden sweven. I wonder, am I still dreaming? The colors wash together, enveloping any viewer with waves of reverberating color and wisping change.
